Return and Exchange Information
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility to adjust your rental plans accordingly. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us if you need to cancel or change your reservation.
Bike Exchange Policy
At Starved Rock E-Bikes, we take pride in offering high-quality, well-maintained electric bikes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental bike, we will offer an exchange for another bike of equal or lesser value. Please contact us if you have any issues with your rental.
